Day 1

On arrival at Lusaka Airport, you will be met by our guide to assist you with customs clearance and check in for your flight to Mfuwe, South Luangwa. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to the Camp. Depending on your arrival time in the day you will enjoy a lunch looking out over the lagoon to the back of Nkwali or if in the afternoon for tea and the afternoon & night game drive.

Day 2

Early breakfast, leave for the morning walk or drive soon after, entering the park by boat from the camp. Mid morning tea, coffee and cake will be taken at the lagoon or the Luangwa River. Return to camp for around mid-day. Relax in the afternoon. Late afternoon game drive return back to the camp around 8pm.

Day 3

Transfer to Nsefu with a game drive enroute. On arrival you will be shown to your rondavel and then lunch will be served followed by a well-deserved siesta before the afternoon and evening game drive.

Day 4 - 5

You have a chance to drive or walk through the ebony groves. Or you may decide this is an ideal day, depending on the heat and time of year, to explore the Nsefu Sector of the National Park possibly with an all day picnic drive to the salt pans that will cover different habitats and is an exceptional day’s safari.

Day 6

Transfer to Mfuwe Airport. Fly to Lower Zambezi. Transfer to Chiawa. Game viewing in Lower Zambezi National Park is superb and the big cats are even seen regularly around the camp. After a late lunch there will be a chance for an afternoon activity.

Day 7 - 8

At Chiawa there are various activities to choose from. You can choose your own day’s itinerary from a selection of canoe trips, river safaris, pontoon boats and fishing.

Day 9 - 10

Fly to Livingstone via Lusaka, transfer to Tongabezi. There is a wide range of activities on offer at Tongabezi including fishing, canoe trips on the river; game drives in the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park. For the more adventurous, Livingstone boasts a whole host of adrenaline filled activities including whitewater rafting, bungee jumping and microlighting. Or you may just wish to rest in camp and enjoy the scenery and peaceful atmosphere.

Day 11

Transfer to Livingstone airport for your onward connection.
